the printed Book is not available outside the EU as the postage is that high that it is senseless to sell it there. ) Not my fault tho, the winner in this madness is the DHL formerly known as the greedy German Post)
I have set the postage to the areas outside of Europe to 25quid it means if you are from these areas do not buy it.as I do not deliver it to there. I am still into a special deal with UPS to find a solution even though their postages are higher than of the German post.
It is the book only, the song *No Cream in the gravy* is only digitally available.
as a pensioner with a definitely small pension, I cannot pay the postage for you. sorry
I think better to read the PDF in this case
